As you all know by now, the other thread does nothing but announce who gets booted a day ahead of time so I recommend nobody looks at that thread, unless they want to know.

I am curious how they will make out this week, it's cool that they have no supplies and will have to make their own fire. I forget, did someone win fire last week?

The girls are already split into 2 camps, the workers and the wallflowers. I don't understand why the workers didn't take a break, walk over and say "ok it's our turn to lounge and swim, you guys go build the shelter for awhile." Sure they might have screwed it up, but they also might not have and been useful. I hate it when 1 or 2 people try to do everything, it will just get you voted off quicker.

The wallflowers should know that the first night out is always tough, and it's raining, have any of them any idea how unpleasant it is to spend a night in the rain? They will end up whining and crying about it as if it's not their fault. If I was the workers I would put a roof on half the structure and tell them they better get crackin if they want a roof on their side...

I'm still trying to figure out why the men couldn't make a fire last week. They were creating hot embers. Couldn't they find any dry coconut husks to fuzz up into tinder?

I think my favorite part was when that Black contestant left, or he quit, and then the producers wouldn't let him make a departure speech into the camera. The producers said that the speech was only for contestants that try to actually stay in the game, and not those who quit.

i was fan of survivor for the first couple of seasons but havent watched it since other than a few odd episodes here and there.

its the same thing. theyve introduced a few twists and turns but essentially its the same thing over and over just a different location.

dont know how you cant get sick of watching the same thing over and over... surprised how many runs of this show theyve been able to fit into such a short time frame
