The Search Function Is FUCKED!!!!!

Is there a one search limit or what? After a search or 2, The search page does a continual loop with the message:
1. This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between searches. Please try again in 12 seconds.
I wait. Like 30 seconds. Try again, same shit. Endlessly.

I've had this problem too. The only way I've overcome it is to exit perb, close/re-open Explorer and re-enter perb.

I have had that problem with IE6 but not Firefox (any version) or IE7.
