The President's Sex Life

Hi guys, after watching a documentary on the Last Days of the President on History Channel, and seen how monitored the life of the President is. Pretty much the Secret Service would follow him everywhere he goes, from waking up, taking a dump, eating, etc. etc. everything is highly monitored, planned, and publicized.

What got my attention was, with so little room for privacy, how does a President's Sex Life look like? Are they allowed mistresses from time to time? With secret service around 24-7, how do you sneak out and have some fun without anybody knowing?

Once you become President, does that mean you throw out your sex life and maybe have sex with your wife once a year?

If so, would anyone be willing to trade that away to be president? I know it's awesome to feel like king of the world, having so much power from getting your own private jet, maids, chefs, camp david, etc. etc. but to me a sex life is a very important aspect to my life lol.

But ultimately, I would still choose to be president if I was given the chance mainly due to being able to visit the top secret Area-51, etc. etc.

What do you guys think?

Yes Bigguy, I do have too much time on my hands sometimes. I'm 19, so yea you'll find I wonder a lot about these silly stuff sometimes.

And you honestly believe that every single person that is married or attached cheats around on his wife ? Come back down from whatever cloud your floating on because heres a newsflash.

NOT EVERYONE CHEATS. . regardless of their status! !!! In fact, most likely, alot less than more.

I never said that everyone cheats, the issue I'm pointing out is once you become president you will be so married to the world issues and your role, that your sex life would most likely virtually vanish.
Not that this topic is meant to be discussed seriously...
But the thing that Struck me from the documentary is that Presidents have got all the priviledges in the world, yet one of the most important thing to a man is gone once you become president. Like I heard Obama has to plan sex with his wife beforehand before they can do it.

Depends on what year you are talking about.

Kennedy had mistresses, one night stands, etc - - people "knew", it wasn't talked about and, most certainly, no secret service agent was going to phone the Washington Post.

well it is pretty safe to assume that Kennedy could never be elected in today's world (his dad couldn't buy the election now.) Guys that want to have affairs while in the spotlight are always going to have a hard time...but it isn't going to be their security detail that gives them up. The President could be making it rain with every stripper in DC and not one of his security guys is going to tell his wife...the problem is they won't have to tell because it will be facbooked, tweeted and retweeted a thousand times before he makes it out the door. Almost any affair in the public spotlight becomes known because whoever you were sleeping with gives you up to the media for a payday (Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods, Jesse James, John Kerry)

Well, Obama was a "made man" who was groomed for a run by behind the scenes power brokers in his home state. He was a junior politician with little experience in Illinois who was given a prominent podium speaker position in the democratic nomination convention (no one had heard of him before, so that WAS arranged by power brokers). Then he got a safe senate seat and shortly after that stood for the presidency. The guy had pretty much zero experience in anything, his road to the Whitehouse proceeded for no real explicable reason such as manifest ability, skill or experience or anything like that. His selling point was that he was a black guy who white people could identify with, and therefore to the power brokers he was the ideal "sexy" candidate who could capture the public imagination because of the historic nature of being elected. The fact that he had no experience was not particularly relevant, it was all image baby. He is the storybook PR creation.

So that stuff can and does still happen, Kennedy would be entirely electable in todays world. Not with his 60's public image, but with a 10's one. That is what PR people are for.
