What do you guys and gals think? I think you can put a Canadian Tire in there for the retail level. Future K-shoppe incall already planned.

The parking lot across the street where they used to park the step vans was around $200 million.

not a fan of the glass towers on top (how fuckin' original).
the public plaza idea looks good on the rendering,
but in reality, Vancouver doesn't have a pedestrian culture like most European cities
so I'm thinking it will be empty more often than full (except summer mos).

it's a bust imo.
