Here's my problem - is there anything that President Obama or anyone (rep, dem or movie maker) can do or say or demonstrate that can prove otherwise of this "deception"? In other words, everything he says or does or doesn't say or does somehow will convince those that believe that there is this deception. Don't you think this is a significant flaw in thinking?

Its like global warming or "intelligent design theory" - there's really nothing that can prove that it's wrong, but is that enough to prove that its right?
The "deception" comes into play when people follow along believing one thing, and the person then does something else. In the case of Obama (unlike Bush) he has been marketed, built up to be a cult figure, with this huge following. What has he actually done in his life to achieve this status? Is the reason you follow because it's fashionable, or because you believe in what he is doing?

Oh man, did you screw up. You asked a sensible question, that requires actually thinking about an answer. You have befuddled him completely. Requiring the use of logic is cheating on these threads.

Lightbearer: What you should have done was just ignore trying to read it, and post a link to one of sites debunking global warming.
The planet was getting warm now its cooling off. The sun hasnt had any sun spots in over a year which hasnt been seen in over 100 years. CO2 has nothing to do with climate change. And if it did, water vapor is more of a greenhouse gas than CO2 which plants breathe and exhale oxygen. ;)

Now you've got it! Back to your old self. Isn't that easier than trying to understand what he was saying?

Global warming is the biggest scam of all time. The amount of money that will be sucked out of the people because of this will be tremendous not to mention the loss of freedom.

Yes now you can go back to being the fool that cant understand the legitimacy of a military document of the armys web site where it says they want to put is in labour camps. Or where they admit to staging terror events. Get a life.

Haha - way to stay on a subject! Ya I suppose that mightve been my mistake to post such logic. All I'm saying is, is there anyway to prove that the obama deception does NOT exist? I assume the answer would be no. And if that's true, wouldn't that be a major flaw in the position?

If Obama was so much for change then why is he so well groomed by the media? He was in a Spiderman comic *cough*propaganda. If he wasnt a puppet he would have had WAY more resistance.

Validator, we both know that you are wasting your time. You would be better off talking to the wall.

This is sort of related to Lightbear, deberry and the other conspiracy fruitcakes.

First off, let me say I hope these guys live to be a hundred years old. Now if they started believing in conspiracy's when they were 20, and in fact they live to 100 years, they will have spent 80 years of their lives promoting, predicting, and of course preparing for the NWO, One world government, a mass destruction of 3/4 of the earths population, the government making them slaves. They will be ok, because they have the guns, the emergency kits with food, water, ammunition to last for probably 6 months, not to mention gold bars for currency and of course a CB radio.

Now can you just see their headstone over their graves. It might say something like this:
Gee, I spent 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year preparing for this gigantic upheaval that never came. Chirst, I could have been out screwing, golfing, maybe watching a hockey game, but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I was getting ready for that Bush, Obama (fill in any other name you like) armies to come and make me a slave. Hell I didn't even get the t-shirt. What a wasted life. Oh, and and they never did prove to me that 9/11 wasn't an inside job.

I really do find it incredibly difficult to believe there are so many nutbars out there. Of course, maybe there aren't, maybe they are just on this site. Ya right.

Whats an Ad hominem? Doesnt DISprove the conspiracy just makes fun of it. Take a good look at this perfect example of a sheep. Atleast my tombstone wont say "ignorant slave".

Sometimes it's what one doesn't say that speaks volumes. Notice how Lightbear doesn't dispute the 10 hours a day 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Notice he also doesn't dispute the fact that he has the food, guns, ammunition and the CB radio.

I think we should start a collection for his therapy. I'll start off with a tooney.

I can't disprove Scientology, Satanism, creationism, or the virgin birth. Yet somehow, I feel pretty comfortable making fun of people who believe in them, too.

Since you have now learned some of the jargon of logic, you must realize that it is up to the person postulating a theory to prove it, not to others to disprove it.

I could use logic on that, but I can't use logic on YOU. There are many sites on the internet debunking exactly that point (and the whole 9/11 NWO conspiracy theory in general). But, they are written by either co-conspirators or sheep, BECAUSE they disagree with THE THEORY. That is your logic -- if it disagrees, then it is wrong. So what would be the point?

Dont wanna touch it I understand. Seeing a towering inferno vs WTC7 and the towering inferno proves that buildings dont collapse from fires. Suffering a logic block?

Man, this again?
No kidding.

I'm still trying to figure out what this shit has to do with a hooker board.
Surely there are better, friendlier avenues with people more receptive to "the message" for him to spread this manure.
