I was listening to CBC and they ran a small advert for Terra Cafe in Vancouver (never heard of it) and their fundraiser for some chef training school. They are selling macrons en masse.
I have been bumping into these scrumptious morsels everywhere and read that they are finicky to make.
The pastry chef has over 15 years of making them and apparently he is one of the best!
He thinks this wet spring needs some colour....I think my waistline needs to avoid them as they look like More!
