Right, eh? It seems to be a moving target, this question, and I think she may have a variable menu, depending on client frequency and other factors.
Yes, many, many other great options with less restrictions and easier to understand/afford menus. But when you are an exotic ethnicity, with well regarded assets, you can have your eccentricities and still have a full dance card. The Jess, VIP are both examples of that. And as much as the White Knights defend the actions, those excluded without just cause do have a right to make their displeasure known.
Each of us have our own bullshit meter, and are willing to let certain SP's rev it up to max and still partake, and others are a pass at even low RPMs.
I really do think, for both the ladies and the clients, that legalizing the industry would go a long way to making it safer both ways.

Have any of you guys ever read the websites of the top traveling ladies?
Most of them require impeccable hygiene from their clients and a shower before the activities. Many reserve the right to have you shower again if it’s not done right and to end the session if they consider you have not cleaned sufficiently. One lady even has written instructions for you. This tells me this is an issue for these ladies and The Jess is no different than any of them . So criticizing her for that seems a little unfair.
And I prefer to think of myself as a highly satisfied client rather than a white knight as I am sure most of her other highly satisfied repeat clients do. 😂

I've never had the pleasure of seeing Jess but did reach out once. At first, her available options seemed convoluted and confusing but i was able to get it better defined. The OP has done a good job of stating the same information i received, which is -FS is an option but may be a YMMV situation based on factors of course. This isn't a mystery, nor are her standards, requests, or restrictions outside the norm from any provider i've contacted. I have no reason to doubt the reviews of her on this site but MB mod's comments do give me pause.
No one is questioning whether an SP has the right to want good hygiene from patrons. The comment was regarding how that is done. Most, as you say, ask you to be freshly showered before, or that there is a shower available. I have never, in my time in the hobby, had an SP who " gives instructions before you enter the shower after arrival". Most assume I'm an adult, and know how to wash myself, or better, come in and get the job done to their expectations. And should I not meet their desired level of cleanliness after my unaccompanied shower, I am sure they would point it out, and I would hastily revisit the shower. But that has never happened for me, because, again, I am an adult who knows how wash himself.
And you do understand "White Knight" is not a derogatory term, but a much shorter way of saying a demonstrably highly satisfied client who likes to share his opinion. I think you are confusing the term with "Shill" who is a dishonest poster who either hasn't seen the client, is a fake account, or the SP herself or a pimp/SO.
Yes, her standards, request and restrictions are outside the norm, hence our discussion of them. Are they unreasonable or unfounded? That's up to the individual to decide. But MOST providers do not have the same level of restrictions / menu pricing that she does. A few may have more restrictions, some may be a higher price, but most do not have or need this many qualifications for service to be rendered. Most have a rate based on time, some may have different rates for FS/nonFS, and some may have additional rates for "special" services, like Greek, or CIM. But I have not seen any other that have 18 different menu items that may or may not be included with other items and a minimum spend on top. Sorry.
