Bowser's right...quit asking for discounts. Why should C-B (or any other agency) offer a special discount to Winnipeg, when guys are practically climbing over each other in other cities to see these girls AND PAY FULL PRICE! Hey they are the ones offering it at $250 before. They do have a post as always for Winnipeg $250.

They really don't get that high of a turn out like they do in Edmonton etc. Also cost of living is a lot lower in Winnipeg then Edmonton etc.

This also means everybody's wages is lower then average in this city.

C-B doesn`t offer discounts to Winnipeggers or anyone else based on location, as far as I can tell. However, they do sometimes offer special introductory rates for new ladies, as they`ve done with Natacha in Edmonton ($225 per hour, instead of $250). Whenever their rates deviate from those posted on their web site, they post it in their announcement on PERB.

Also, not all their ladies have the same rates. Of the five ladies touring the West in November, four are at $250 per hour, and Shannon is at $300 per hour. I don`t know why, but that`s the way it is. It`s C-B`s prerogative to set their prices, and the pooners` prerogative to accept the posted prices and see the ladies, or not accept the prices and not see the ladies. But, I agree, discounts should never be requested, publicly or privately.

My only complaint with the visiting ladies from the Montreal agencies is that they usually visit Winnipeg after spending 5 or 6 days in Edmonton and Calgary before coming to Winnipeg. By the time they get here, they`re often tired and burned out from 5 or 6 (or perhaps more) appointments per day. It would be nice, for a change, if some of them started their Western tours in Winnipeg, instead of finishing them here.

Those who want a discount should invest in a jar of vasoline, enjoy the company of their hand, and stop complaining. They're perfectly entitled to ask their hand for a discount or haggle with the store clerk over the price of vasoline if they so choose.
