plenty of mixed reviews, most aren't favorable. run down house with high turnover rate due to poor management and harassment of the girls. went once, will never go again.

Have frequented it and enjoyed every time. There is definitely an eclectic mix of girls. The house must have been renovated at least in the areas you will visit. New hardwood/laminate, freshly painted walls , standard mix of older furnishings.
Girls seem open minded and ways down to have fun..

Have been once and thought it was good as well. House was nice and definitely not run down, unless our fellow perbites are living in beautiful mansions on Pt Grey which they very well might be. Shower was clean with a bunch of towels.
Girl I saw was definitely happy and there on her own accord. Was well travelled, family in town, respectful, uni student so I don’t think was desperate for money or anything.
Saw another girl in there since another guest arrived right when I got there and all seemed fine. Apparently some sleep there overnight, they each have their own room.
I just did standard HJ but apparently some do FS it’s up to them
