That's a sweeping statement. I'm definitely not an incel and I still love the virtual world. It has its place. As does the real thing.

Whilst I agree real sex is obviously better, By definition ones still an incel if the only sex they get is from escorts. Non-escort sex is better, plain and simple. If a guy only has sex with escorts, he's still an incel by the definition of the word.
So it really depends, are guys going to escorts out of convenience (not incels), or because it's the only way they can get any at all (incels).
A guy who dabbles in the virtual stuff but still has sex with women for free isn't an incel. A guy who avoids the virtual stuff but only has sex with escorts is an incel.

There's also the fact that online stuff is way cheaper than paying for escorts. Personally, I'm not into the virtual stuff at all, the real things way better, and if I'm gonna watch porn, it's gonna be the free and basic kind.
Incel is short for involuntarily celibate. If you’re seeing escorts, you’re not celibate. Not everybody is in the same financial boat or has the time or want to have a relationship.
An incel is an angry young man who can’t afford sex workers or lives in a country where it’s really frowned on.
Incel culture is deep, depressing, and full of people who refuse to get good. I've only met one before and it was like handling a cornered scared animal asking for help but snapping at your fingers - it was outside of work and internet-only. Thank fuck.
