Trump will likely lose because he's... Trump. But God, if any of these Democrats replace him.... the identity politics would just be through the roof.
If they keep moving to the left he will win again. But that's where they seem to want to go. Taxpayer funded free health care for illegal immigrants will be a nonstarter for the majority of Americans.

It appears that the Justice Democrats are calling the shots and the old veterans like Biden have to go along for the ride as well or be cast aside like a worn out shoe.

He will win in a larger landslide than in 2016.
Your statement implies that Trump won by a landslide the first time. Have you been drinking his coolaid ?!?! Trump did not even get as many votes as Clinton !!! He won the election because he won the electrol college. Trump won 304 electoral votes and Clinton garnered 227. Again, not what I would call a landslide. But you can never undersetimate the stupidity of the American people, so you may be correct in that Trump may win by a larger margin in 2020. But I am very doubtfull that it will be a landslide next time either.

Now in the last Canadian election, the Liberals did win in a landslide, with the Liberals getting 184 seats to the Conservative 99, almost double. And unlike Trump, the Liberals did win the popular vote by sometihing like 7.5% over what the Conservative got. But I would guess from reading all the posts from the Trudeau haters on this site, they will not win in a landlside again. But they may still win lol.

Predict what you will, but by what measure did he "win by a landslide" in 2016?
By electoral college count, he won by a landslide.

Also Clinton was her own undoing. I believe she had the record high number of faithless electors ever in US history.

He wont win in a landslide. Some of the states that he took in 2016 will be troublesome for him in 2020 (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin) but the longer that the Democrats keep pushing some of these loony ideas like free college and paying for it by taxing the ultra wealthy (who will just find ways to hide the money as they always do and then the burden of payment falls back on the middle class), the more fodder they give Trump to use in his election campaign.

Trump can also point out that free college tuition is just another tax on the poor as the children of more affluent families are far more likely to attend college and the ones that they attend will be more expensive. Plus it requires cooperation from state governments and all but 9 of them are under Republican control. Yet Sanders and Warren are making it a cornerstone of their campaigns.

your notion that a Clinton/Obama win would have been “great” for usa/canada/world economy and a Jonestown mass suicide metaphor of Kool Aide goes to show the exaggerated state of naivety that just might get Trump back and Trudeau as well unfortunately for another four years, paper straws and border walls considered.

He will win in bigger landslide in 2020. Popular vote means absolutely nothing. Big cities like NY, LA, etc. do not get to decide policy in "flyover" states with an electoral college.

Democrats have not been told what to think/who to vote for yet, either.

Some people like people who help fake hate crimes, some people like communist idiots like Bernie, with multi-trillion dollar tax plans.

There are so many candidates, I'm not sure who the DNC will rig the primary for this year.

The thing no one seems to remember is Trump was not liked at all in 2016. He was fortunate enough, and lucky enough to be facing someone liked even less than himself. Slim chance he can get that lucky again. Plus I think his age is going to be a deterrent this time around, not to mention health issues that will likely be coming up. Curious to see where things will be sitting a year from now.

You missed my point or just don't understand. Doesn't matter that he won or by how much, point is, despite winning his rating was very low. He won because he didn't have any worthwhile competition in 2016.

Trump lost the popular vote and his electoral college win was one of the smallest since 1776.

2016: Trump 304, Clinton 227; Trump lost the popular vote by nearly 3 million.

2008: Obama 365, McCain 173; Obama won the popular vote by 10 million.

What the fuck? That's a complete lie. The 2000 election was so close in electoral count that they had to recount.

Also, popular vote, while important, shouldn't determine the candidate. Political platforms that appeal to a wide geographic range of people (electoral college) should take precedence over popular vote. Major urban centers full of filmmakers like Los Angeles shouldn't have more voting jurisdiction over dairy farmers in Alabama or Wyoming.

You can hate Trump but don't use ignorance as a weapon to hate him.

lol, Liberal landslide, hahaha

338 divided by 2 plus one is 170

you think 184, a majority of 14 is a landslide

7.5% is a landslide

they've also since lost what 5 by their dear leader's actions

basically are losing what 10+ incumbents for the next election too

will lose some in the East, pretty much a given, probably a few in BC due to the pipeline

they will need to sweep Que in order to have any chance of winning

Landslide of 14 seats, lol

All this talk about who gets in doesn't mean anything. The Deep State runs everything to their own liking regardless of who wins. Remember "pizzagate"? International intelligence agencies blackmail two-thirds of congress and senate. These shit-shows will go on forever until Constitutions are annulled, North America is 63 sovereign jurisdictions, and the nations of Europe get their own currencies back.
