I'd say South Park is pretty politically incorrect. Yes it's a lot of dick n fart jokes, but the subjects are often well thought out satire/parodies (when I used to watch anyways).

I have to admit that there's a gag in this robot chicken skit that made my jaw drop in shock the first time I saw it. I couldn't believe that they got away with it. I also have to admit that it made me laugh a lot.
