Funny how the rest of the major cities in Canada understand the economic impact of bringing in international events, yet the tools in this city are more focused on how they can rape us for more money to fund the failed organization known as translink. Calgary gets an event in July. Toronto in September. Montreal in November. Not only that it was announced that these three cities will for sure be getting events in 2013. When asked about Vancouver, the response by Dana White, not in the next two years. Says they will meet with the politicians, but we all know how that will go. Dana White will not beg, he has plenty of places to go. He does not need Vancouver. So the UFC joins the long list of events this city had and frittered away.
