One time she texted my personal number to say it was that time of the month and linking to her LL ad. I was with my family and it freaked me out, especially since I'd never contacted her before and hadn't used that phone to contact an SP in several years, and the ones I did were trusted regulars. I blocked her number but I have no idea how she got my number and why she thought it was a good idea to cold text peopleThere used to be some chick who posted in the Dom & Fetish category on LeoList... I think she called herself Miss Marinara or something???
It’s actually more likely that an independent will take the day(s) off.My guess is that it would depend on your relationship with an individual provider, and you’d be more likely to find that with an independent, since it’s unlikely they’d be working all day at an agency if they were having their period. I generally have no issue with period blood, so if a provider asks to reschedule I’ll usually leave it up to them.
Period blood may pose risks for stained sheets and stuff, so just be aware there are likely multiple reasons providers may be unwilling to provide services while wearing the red veil. Also, shark attacks if you’re near the water, like in Yaletown or Kits.
Looks like I assumed and made an ass of myself. Thanks for the correction and a bit more insight into how things work. It’s actually more likely that an independent will take the day(s) off.
The last place I worked, you got fined $200 for missed shifts without a doctors note. A period wasn’t a good excuse to not show up for work. Every place I’ve ever worked, girls worked through their periods. Just pop a sponge in and try to not rip peoples heads off during a mood swing lol. It’s different for places where you just book on, but places where you have a schedule, the sp is there regardless.
One time, a woman that I was on shift with, got her sponge stuck up inside and she couldn’t get it out. So I put on some gloves and dived into the blood to help her dig it out lol.
I’ll take the first 2 days off as an independent because I get intense cramps and mood swings. I’m so bitchy the first day. After that, I’ll leave it up to the client if they want to reschedule or not
We got a World War I medic in the trenches on the frontlines over here g'damn! One time, a woman that I was on shift with, got her sponge stuck up inside and she couldn’t get it out. So I put on some gloves and dived into the blood to help her dig it out lol.
