Olympic hopeful opens brothel to pay for training.

New Zealand Olympic hopeful for taekwondo in 2012 opens brothel to pay for training expenses. His national governing body is pissed and says it could hurt his chances of competing.

What do you think ? Should it affect his standing or not, as if that is an issue on this board ?:D

I suppose they are considering the fact that they don't want a 'role model' to be openly involved in the adult industry. I would agree that we don't want to be encouraging children to enter into this industry (that should be a decision for adults to enter into with a clear mind), and if they were glorifying the fact that he is a companion - I would think that was wrong.

However, sex work in NZ is completley legal, and looked as as any other job. Owners of brothels have to pay employee benefits, pay into their workes retirement plans etc. Considering he wouldn't be doing anything even slightly gray in his area of residence, I don't think that there should be an issue.
