my whole neighborhood must surely think i am certifiably insane!

all this talk on the boards about steak and a bj day ,got mee to craving my 2 favorite things to eat

so off i go to the grocery store to pick up some nice ribeyes ,figuring the other craving would surely follow.
PROBLEM...no rib eyes out ...apparently they are on sale . grrrrr

i get the butchers attention and ask if she is putting more out. she replies "i just stocked them. gone already? wow must be a lot of bbq's tonight"

much to my horror i say aloud "well alot of bb somethings any way."and start chuckling away...that is the end of our banter ...she hurries in the back and comes out with more steaks and will not make eye contact with me . this sets off another bout of laughter!

off i go with my purchase and on the way home (i brought poochy for the walk) strolling down the back alleys, it seems that every other house has got the grills fired up
this sets off more uncontrollable giggles while thinking " there are going to be alot of happy husbands in my neighborhood tonight"

Sorry about the tough time you endured. But for what its worth, if I was in your area, I'd skip the steak and be there for the bj for sure .

I cant imagine how nice and warm your mouth would feel :nod:. Sensastion overload maybe ?

haha....but you know its not like im out in harrison or anything .....its still technically surrey according to the post office

well i know you like your steak rare, i guess the other thing would have to be "well done"??
