I was reading the usual negative tripe on here regarding SPs and thought I would add my two cents.
I want to thank all of you for what you do. The variety of providers in Winnipeg is amazing; you come from all walks of life, shapes, sizes, ethnicities, servicing all manner of people (rich/not so rich, from self-proclaimed assholes to nice people, crippled/'able bodied', older/younger). In my experience service has been given without judgement - except to ensure safety concerns are met.
I appreciate that you are there for me when others are not. Kind when needed, an ear that listens, provider of a hug, sometimes even more....
You are appreciated by many; beyond what many would express. You make life so much better for those of us that are not following the traditional - date, get married, have kids, retire die.
You are all very beautiful in your own way. I am sure that you know this but there are people that won't see an SP because you have tattoos or you have fake boobs. There are also people that will see you because you have tattoos and fake boobs. Most of us understand that we would have less than zero chance of being able to walk up to you under normal circumstances and pick you up at a bar..
Hold you head high ... some of the nicest, most caring people I have met are from this industry. I have the utmost respect for you and your profession.
