Read an ad in Buy & Sell, re: above subject, located at 3rd. Road and Cambie in Richmond, ph. 778-839-6583, no name given. Has I am planning to visit Richmond, decided to telephone and ask about service, etc. She answered phone after the third ring with a pleasant 'hello', I replied in kind. She then asked 'where I was calling from?', as it was long distance I told her from out of town but I would be in Richmond in a couple of days. Abruptly her manner changed and she said to phone her when I was in Richmond. I was so surprised I simply said 'okay' and we hung up. If she was busy with a client, or watching her favourite soap on TV or something, I feel she should have said she was busy and asked me to call back in an hour or something, after all it was my long distance call. Do not think I will call her when I am in Richmond. Any comments?
