Text message sent by a SP

So I got this sms from this SP I visited 2 months ago (took me a little while to remember who she was without asking her) telling me that she now has a new roommate and ask if I would want to see them on her first day.

Did this ever happen to anyone? I mean, its not like I'm this SP's regular or anything, so receiving a "marketing" text like this felt really strange (good thing I'm single so nobody checks my message though)

I've had one like that. Also a few emails. I don't mind, just kind of ignore them. I suppose it could be an issue for those requiring more discretion.

Well I personally don't mind if say for example, an agency sending me an email telling me a SP that I love is working today or which day she'll be working so I can make an appointment; but if its from a SP or agency that I basically already threw to my deleted memory bin, then that's another story isn't it?
Although I must admit, I did consider throwing a reply telling her i'm interested for 3 seconds; but I prefer checking on her photos first (ERS) but it wasn't up yet (I think)
