Technical Assistance Requested

Can anyone help out with directing me to a website or piece of software that will tell me if anyone has loaded a utility on my PC to track the websites that I've visited?

I want to make sure that my wife hasn't downloaded something to track my Internet activities.

you can try spysweeper download from www.webroot.com. in the control panel under add and remove programs look for any programs you dont recognize and google them. but honestly if your wife wants to check your history she can all she has to do is look in a certain key in the registry and it will tell every site you have ever been to.

be very careful

the registry is a tricky thing to mess with. make sure you back it up before you make any changes
