So I did this 28 day tea tox.... It works .. Sooooo well...
I have weighed at my heaviest 397lbs... So I have lost over 200 lbs to date.... I have about 60 more to go... And have been struggling... Well I lost 4 inches and 8 lbs in 28 days just drinking this tea... Skinny mint tea tox.... I recommend it for a jump start or to remove bloat... I have started insane training everyday so give me 6 months.... I'll be smoking ;)

Basically its a crutch to install discipline under the guise of mumbo jumbo to motivate someone who otherwise can't be motivated.

There are lots of "treatments" like that. They don't actually do anything, but the routine you follow as a result of believing that they do has an indirect effect. Not always a positive effect though, so one must be careful.

Congrats on your efforts and success.
As you mention, it is far from a solution to acquiring good health but may help to kick start the process.

There is overwhelming evidence that there are no quick fixes or magic pills. It comes down to a healthy diet and good exercise.

Good luck with the training.

Look left. Way left.
Congrats, Anna. Whatever works for you. In the end, a good diet and regular exercise gets you to good health. Discipline and good self esteem will help you get there and stay there.
Keep it up!

I was in the orental section of my local grocery store one day and I purchased something called slim tea not to lose weight just interested in trying new things I looked i up the herb that was in it on line It seemed harmless . However after my first cup of the stuff i spent the day on the toilet shitting my guts out and drinking water becase I was loosing water at an alarming rate yes it did help me loose weight due to the extream diarrea it gave me . think i might still have the box of the stuff keep it around unless i ever need to get poison out of my system quickley or something if you try "slim tea " make shure you have the whole day free to sit on the toilet with direrara .

No diarrhea

No you eat normally its not a fast you wouldnt be able to live off of a cup of tea a day but you do "poop" but its twice a day.... No diarrhea....So yeah I bet the over the counter ones do that.... Or if done improperly... This was great.... I did not spend my days on the toilet.... My 9-5 wouldn't allow that...

Why not just get a trainer? I mean detoxes are good and all but eating right and sticking to a regiment will produce ten fold the results of said tea.

Could also be the placebo effect.
But, there may also be other factors at play... such as the change in mindset and the impact on the body as a result.
Although the direct effect of the tea may be questioned under normal scientific scrutiny, I suggest one looks at the results, and if the results are replicated frequently, then it is possible.
Look at the end result rather than for an explanation as to why or how it works, as that is where the unexplainable becomes dismissed as mumbo-jumbo when direct causality or scientific explanation can't be provided.

Well as much as I would love to spend hundreds on a trainer I can't cause I don't make that much this job covers my sons medical expenses which are very high... I also did have a trainer... But still 70 bucks vs thousand for a month.... I feel better and am now on the right path :) just wanted to share a nice experience with others.
