Life's good, but it would be marginally better if I could claw back some of that extortion money though. Get a full time sugar baby or two, definitely more of a benefit there than pumping that cash into this government 😂
A neighbour who is a single mother kept telling me how shitty the local school was. I looked at her kid’s homework and was shocked. Four days at school working on writing land acknowledgements wtf!
They hardly taught any of the history or geography that I learned, and their grade 8 science and math was more like what I had in grade 6.
Physics ed teacher is a total fucking asshole, just a dumb jock who knows nothing about kinesiology. Only qualifications are bullying fat kids and giving awards to football players.

Middle class area so it’s not a case of lack of funds, it’s just absolute incompetence and teachers ignoring curriculum. How do teachers get away with that? Is there no oversight?
I have two nieces who teach in very affluent PRIVATE schools in the GTA and it’s an entirely different story. Those kids are well prepared for life in the real world. Meanwhile there’s kids in Lincoln in grade 8 who can’t read or write or do basic arithmetic.
I’m thinking about helping my neighbour put her kid into a private school. He’s just wasting his potential in public and it kills me to hear him talk about it.
I know it’s a cliche to rant about “back in my day” but this shit would never have been allowed back then.

Teachers are pressured to pass ALL kids, no matter how stupid. You also can't remotely offend anybody, so of course a lot of discussion, debate, and subject matter, is off the table. I, as a high income tax payer, am disproportionately paying for this garbage, that will spit out more braindead citizens who will sit on their dumb asses and vote to steal more of my money because they're too incompetent to function in society; or, they end up on the street tweaking out, resulting in me paying for NARCAN, emergency support services, and enjoying long hospital wait times as the local ER is full of junkies. Such a big fucking waste. Yet, the high income earners and wealthy are vilified by this society of beggars because we are the problem, of course.
Tax season always pisses me off as every other year some ghoul auditor from the CRA who hasn't accomplished shit in their own life, who I pay for, tries to find ways to fuck my companies for more money to feed into their incinerator.
I pray for a conservative majority 🙏 Funny enough, Trump has made me a small fortune, and has done more for me than our own leadership, and I don't even like him.
