Overdue to write this review and give back.
Pictures are her and all services provided as promised. Not a looker facially speaking. Wouldn't look twice if I saw her on the street. Place her age around 22.
Very safe location. Ample parking on street by Joyce Station.
Cleanliness of the residence another matter. Roommates were there. Place smelled like weed and cats.

Has anyone seen her in her North Van place? Wondering if it’s cleaner or better set up than the last place

Have visited Tavia at the N Van location off Upper Lonsdale.
Apartment is very messy.
Tavia meets you at the front door of the building and escorts you up to the apartment and straight into the bedroom.
No shower offered pre or post.
There are 2 cats present - for those who have severe allergies.
I find Tavia to be good at text exchanges - over promising and under delivering.
On the positive side - Tavia is young (mid 20's) interesting Goth/Punk look, decent body and good VFM particularly her $100 quickie rate.
Negatives include messy apartment, promised BBBj 'if clean and showered' but immediately put on condom.
