Other than the name change, nothing jumps out to me as a red-flag for a scam or anything - and the name change could be explainable. Her bumping your appointment was shitty, but depending on what you booked and when it could have been just a scheduling conflict or she really needed the extra money for rent or something and couldn't afford to turn a more-expensive appointment that conflicted with yours down.
Did something happen between your post in June and now for you to explicitly say to avoid her? Details and reasons, man!
Looks like the ad is completely different now (name, number, photos, description), but the same URL links to it so it's been re-posted by the same user. Given that, and the new description and photos being extremely generic, I'd say she's either gone or never existed as a real SP.
