That's not what she says. It's its extra $80 for bbbj. She's stating that she doesn't offer unsafe fs, and to go to Thailand for that.

Seems like she clarifies in her ad what the upcharge for the particular service you wanted. It's possible there was a language barrier. Not that it's okay, but if she wasn't in the middle of nowhere in poco I'd consider giving her a chance.
