Some of the hottest girls right now on my TDL are Mia @ Sassys, Noir, Peyton, Candy @ Mirage, Paris and Annette @ GOE, Melody, Magi @ Cupids, Veronica @ Select and Leela @ Vixens.
All have good reviews and it will be easy to find the contact info on TERB. There are probably 20 real hotties I`m missing as well.

Another good thing about the listings there is that some have several pictures and many even have voice clips if the SP's voice is a factor at all..?
Also, on the street boxes pick up either/or/both:
Now Magazine or Eye Magazine, which are equivalent to Van's Georgia Straight one of them (Now - I think?) has tons of ads in the back pages.
2 SPs that I can recommend from experience are:
Nyomi Blue - who might be a bit darker skin tone than what you are searching for but absolutely sexxi as hell:

and an Indian named Naya, who is near the airport and very friendly, quite gorgeous, open-minded and although scientifically enhanced they are really well done and fun to play with:

If you are unfamiliar with Toronto neighbourhoods just a few areas I would stay away from are, anything around the intersection of Jane and Finch in North York / as well as Parkdale / and Regent Park areas - these are similar to Van's Downtown East Side. Although I have never been attacked in any of these areas an outsider might not feel 100% safe.
The variety and costs in Toronto are both way better than here in Vancouver.

Did you really have good experience with Naya? I guess it's a case of YMMV as most of the reviews I've read have been mixed at best.
I do agree with the rest of your post, especially about th area's to avoid. There are more than enough girls in safer parts of town to risk going to Jane & Finch area.
