Why do some SPs switch providers? I'm thinking of a few that were with AF that are now with other outfits..like Ferrari or Priva... or is it that they get the boot from the provider sometimes for any number of reasons?? Would love to hear background stories about the industry.

Some of the places will get rid of girls that provide poor quality service, irritate customers or create some sort of controversy. The establishment doesn't want people to 'tarnish' their image. I noticed that Lily's got rid of a couple of girls that had annoyed customers. I am sure that the other places have done the same.
The girls also find that they fit in with the vibe of the place, or the commuting is easy, etc. These are all things which I have heard of. I am sure that it is the tip of the iceberg. Every girl, every place has their own individual reasons.

Same multitude of reasons anyone changes employers ever.
Agency rules and thus working conditions can vary dramatically. This could relate to hours needed to be available, number of clients they must see (agencies may book a lady back to back to back), fines for violating rules (e.g., being late) and all sorts of other variations. Like Charlee said, same as any job where the fit fades between provider and agency. I have also heard from ladies who thought that agency booking people play favorites and that pissed them off.
We need to support our local artisans when the Covid death spore has been conquered. How about a go-fund-me page for tattoo artists to impart lovely QR codes on the buttocks of agency sp’s so that we can use scanning technology to track their whereabouts? Wait a second! That’s a really bad idea! Perhaps the mystery of movement is part of the charm.
I was wondering that myself. Saw her twice myself. She has a very tight slender body. Very tight stomach/abs. That is extremely rare on these asian girls, especially from their culture. Their culture don't hit the gym like our westerners do, where they sweat it out with weights and cardio machines. I will miss her!
Their genetics gives them the advantage of not having to workout the way western women have to for keeping in shape. Many Asian woman can sit in their butts all day and still be in better shape than a white woman of equal age who have been going to the gym for a year.

I think if the ladies were let go for bad service , they would change their names. In the old days seemed a lot of agencies were actually all connected and the girls would rotate to keep clients returning. Lets face it, most of us are in this hobby for variety.
