I never went to svips as I felt the entrance was a little too public for me, but:

did it close? and class choice too?

I think that place closed pre covid

and SEDUCTIONS to?

Closed approx a year ago. That was my general go to agency, though lots of people complained about its decline overits last couple of years.

Many old or closed businesses don’t shut down their website , especially if they had someone else updating it , it will just sit in cyber space unless deleted properly. Doesn’t mean anyone is operating the business.

A simple static site like SVIPs would cost almost nothing to run (expense would be in maintaining) so yeah, not at all surprised to see it's still up.

they both visit BOA on Nanaimo. I suspect there were no buyers otherwise we would have heard and unless someone took it over I can’t see that there is any value to sell anyway.
