No, when one team basically is unable to do anything on offense for 3/4's of the game, it was a shitty game. The defense for Seattle might be good, but NE was inept. How is a front line unable to stop a 4 man rush, over and over? The game was basically decided in the first 10 minutes.

ask the 49ers why and they have both shannahan and purdy who are neither a rookie HC nor QB and the Hawks D back to back almost skunked them… myers and mcdonald’s D put on a clinic

This season was not about the Patriots or the Bills or the Broncos. This season was about the Seahawks, and particularly the re-emergence of the best defence in the league.
Hot QB’s can win you a bunch of games, but defence wins championships.

The Seahawks had the best D by a long shot. They were ready to crush anyone. They pretty much won the superbowl when they beet the Niners and then the Rans. The feeble AFC teams were just a formality. Didn’t matter who they were going to play. Sour grapes excuses really quite irrelevant when the Hawks D were on point.

Love the fact that there are no superstars on that defence. Just a bunch of hard working , fast dudes who have embraced their "Darkside" identity. Team defence at its best.

And no super egos on the offence either. Their key players - JSN, Walker and Darnold...all really humble dudes.
