Ok let me try to give you a logical answer to the parts of your post that actually said something meaningful.

Yes, the judges here have been giving stupid light sentences no where near as long or harsh as they should. Vote conservative and hopefully Harper will clean that up, he's working on it with minimum sentence laws.

Of course the guys who got thrown in jail for killing that guy are 'crying about it with an appeal'. Wouldn't you try to spend as little time in jail getting ass-raped as possible if it was you? Now, if they actually get anything in their appeal, that will be really really stupid and will show that the judges need to be bitch-slapped by the government as soon as possible.

As far as this guy is concerned, do you really think that it makes more sense for us to pay millions of dollars to keep the guy in jail here for 50 years instead of just kicking his ass out and making him someone else's problem?

I fully agree that he should have gone to jail for a long time and THEN been deported. But, given that the lame-ass judges didn't throw him in jail, at least he won't be our problem anymore if he is deported.

Do you have a problem with the idea that someone who is a Visitor shouldn't be allowed to stay if they clearly can't follow the laws?

There's nothing racist about it, and that has been shown over and over again.

So, yes, I understand that you are frustrated and outraged at the stupid meaningless sentences being handed out by the liberal judges, but it has nothing to do with race or racism, it is purely a question of useless judges that need to be replaced or forced to do their jobs properly by the government. THAT is what you should be yelling about.

Happened a few years ago in richmond I believe,,,street racing,,broad sided a cop car going south on # 3 road and williams,,believe the constables name was Ng who perished.

I remember driving through the intersection the day after to get gas,,,looking at all the paint marks on the pavement,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this kid hit the car so hard ,he pushed a 3000+ car out of the intersection right into the gas station

it may have been done by now had you not brought race into a thread where it wasn't even a factor. i've been a member on perb now for quite some time and in that time i've heard and read and contributed to many theads based on criminal acts.

in a lot of those threads some of the perps of those crimes where white and people here did not pull any punches on them either just cause they were white. maybe you should give it rest and relax. not everything is about race and racism, stop reading things into it that aren't there.
