What I notice is there are just too many people in retail.. guys and girls that have made a carrier out of standing around waiting for customer. Sorry if I trivialize your job,I know I could not do it or want to. And I realize there is work involved . You have to restock , take invintory, deal with different personalities that not allways plesent.
But also there is alot if standing around and BSing , not great for making a good worker that is interested in their job.
As it is there are many people that think that they sould open their own store and fix what they think the other guy did wrong..Problem is there are many just feeding the retail rental market and going broke with in 6 months..
I know some people think that is a job . I DON'T
I have had jobs..and the ones I had an aptitude for I stayed at and found what I liked about them to get me through the days and months.
But in the end we work to make money, if it's good money we like it more and go back to it for the money.
The last 3 yrs I have had driving jobs . But all o have manage to do with them is get by.
The first ws driving escorts and it can be a great job if there is enough work through the day
But usually there was only a few hours late at night . And it could have a few good day at end of week
But there are expenses of having in a newer car , gas and being on call basic 24 /7 if you want make it work .And when business is slow or get to friendly with the girls it starts cost money for free drives .
And there are not the perks that many of you guys might think .you don't build trust if you want to fuck all the girls .All though there are drives that managed those perks too
The job I have now has very little expense and keeps me busy 10 to 12 hrs a day from 5 in the MorING up to 5 at night and I get payed $15 to $20 an hr for the 4 or 5 hrs that I actually drive a car.The rest of the time it is siting at ferry terminal, on the ferry or traveling of skytrain and buses .So if I ad up that I make less then minimum wage.
The one perk is I get to drive mostly new cars of all diffrent makes ,some realy nice ones .and I say I get payed to drive in the rush hour when everyone else is driving to work to do a job that pays lol
It fun but the same roads and places can get boring.
We say we want a job that is fun and does not feel like work .Realy what most of us want is the money and if we have it we want to do what we want , which usually does not include work ��
