Might be just considering the crime stats or a generalization that a certain race are less of a gentlemen than others.
A few girls I have talked to have been from places other than Victoria and they state it is about their experiences with black men.
Additionally, this spring and summer has been filled with scammers from back east who had 'no black gents' in their ads.
I'm making an educated guess these girls all worked together and these select few posted multiple ads using a variety of different girls' photos.

Travelling escorts to Victoria usually come from big cities like Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal where the "no black guys" is more common. A quick search on the TO BP will reveal many such ads from legitimate providers, including black SP's.

I have personally seen black males when I lived in Victoria (nothing to compare to bigger cities, mind you) so logic dictates that some might want to acquire the services of an escort. And it's now summertime with many different people descending upon this tourist city. Also, it's irrelevant if there are any black males on Perb, since only a small percentage of SP clients know or care about review boards (I've touched on that before). SDK. Maybe I should clarify one of your points. I will be the last one to judge a person on their race, creed, colour, religion, lifestyle or sexual preference. Onece I get to know the person as a person then I may want them as a friend or not. I am sure there are a lot of different folks here on Perb. I respect them all.
Like the title says, it is a stupid question and quite frankly none of your business. Women are able to see who they want and who they don't want without questions from you. Some ladies don't see heavy guys, others don't see older guys. But its none of your business.

As someone who's worked in this business for almost a decade, I can't imagine why anyone would say no black guys, unless they've had alot of very bad experiences... But as the ladies said. To each his own I guess.. Sad to shut out such a demographic for race IMO, I've met just as many black guys with average cocks as skinny white guys with HUGE BAMBOO as you would put it.

So in the interest of learning then; does the no black men still mean they won't see other black men that wants to pay for their service? I mean, a pimp wants the girls to see as many dudes as possible right? Or am I way off?

However, I will NOT compromise my safety and well being seeing a Brotha in Eastern Canada or in the USA just to gain from the almighty dollar. It is more prevalent and higher risk to be taken advantage of in these regions. A Pimp will invest and protect his money (his broad) and if he feels a black male may compromise his bank roll...he won't allow it to happen.
