Yeah, here in Kamloops of all places, it's not wise to seek out the street-scene for action...

That said, you asked, and the answer is "the Tranquille corridor" (from the overpass turnoff, to 8th and Fortune), and then in the downtown core, usually between 3rd and 6th, zig-zagging between Columbia, Nicola, St.Paul and Seymour.
