Very rare now in my experience.

Only place I occasionally see one is on Kingsway along Fraser to Victoria. That too rarely, and they are usually addict-types.

Apparently theres also some in Surrey along Old Yale from 132-King George, or University Drive there, or 104, but again extremely rare in my experience. As it gets colder you'd rarely see them.

Yeah, that scene is dead because it's extremely unsafe for the ladies. There is a reason we have MP's and escort services. The whole point is to keep SP's off the streets.
