While in Japan, I have looked into milkybaby, but decided to go for other agencies that is more catered to English audience. However, reading some review from other sites, it is quite good.

And yes, most places (except soapland) will not allow FS due to the law there(as stated in pretty much most agency website) However, whatever happened in the room is between you and the sp, so YMMV :eyebrows:
