Just had an odd experience
Booked yesterday for today with Sandra (7787195462) from LL
I arrive at our agreed time. She says she still needs to shower and l should go to a gas station for a Steam gift card for payment.
She never mentioned it previously.
Is this legit?

It doesn’t matter if it’s cash or a gift card in my opinion as lomg as you get your agreed upon services. It’s only if u give her the card and she boots you out but she could do that with cash as well. Or it could be just a reason to get you out if her place bc she either did not like you or double booked and needed some extra time. What did you end up doing ? You could prob tell us if she is legit or not.

Ended up parked on the street in front of her place and that was it.
Texted back and forth then because l only had that hour free had to bail out.
When l asked her to explain why cash wouldnt work she said " there are rules" and no further explanation
which was odd.
Anyways bit of research online indicates scam potential with the cards but its still a bit baffling to me why an escort would go that way.

It’s a scam, same thing in Nanaimo with her/him. What would happen after you got card, she/he, will ask you to take a pic of the code, send it to her/him, and poof, her/him is gone. All of her pictures lit up tineye/google. If you hear Steam card. It’s a scam.

that may be the case dave if it is required for prebooking. But he was there .. He could by the card and give it to her personally. Unless of course the address is a fake and she is doing that scam thing. Nothing beats cold hard cash on your person. So yeah its most likely a scam. I would prob take a pic of some random code and say "here it is " just to test what she would do. At least she is a gamer, so that is a bonus?

There's no longer an ad up with that name/number. Most likely a scam. I'm glad you didn't get ripped off.

Thanks guys.
Same email(unresponsive)
It all seemed on the up and up 'til it wasn't.
Apparently you can convert those cards to cash via a refund process.
Bit convoluted but so it goes.

Buy a steam card and put the money into your steam account. Then give them the code. It would be funny when they think they sdammed u , but in fact they were trolled. See if they contact you the day after u were scammed and tell u “ your card has no money “ . Then you can say, your service had no service. Lol.
