With all this private activity going on, one can't help but think about STD.

I think of it like driving my car. Driving is part of my life which isn't going away anytime soon. But it does involve certain risks. So to midigate the risks, I learn what I can to understand them, and take reasonable actions to help protect myself. So on with the process....

I'm hoping a number of girls will respond, as well as customers.

How does one avoid STD?

What do the girls do to help mitigate it?

According to http://www.talksexwithsue.com/AIDS.html (terms changed slightly for posting), "French can also spread the disease. Originally, french was classified as 'low risk behavior', but that risk level has been increased.". Now it's easy for the girl to refuse BJ in favor of CBJ, but what about us men? Are we totally unprotected here?

These ladies are having sex with a lot more folks then us men... so IMO, based on your article DATY is relatively dangerous for us.... but it appears good oral hygeine is a must IF 'you must'. :))

wow! yer a fucking idiot!
STD's are pretty rare amongst Victoria escorts. In fact I've NEVER seen a confirmed case. (they wouldnt be working if they had anything) The worst I've seen was possibly a UTI and in that case you could smell it. Some catty girls might tell you that so-and-so has chlamydia, gonorrhea AND syphillis but its mostly out of spite. Healthcare is free in Canada so most girls get checked out.

here's the link for free STD/HIV testing.

p.s. for "outside" girls - YER ON YER OWN!

Define "Outside". Do you mean non-agency independents? Or perhaps outside of Victoria?

He means streetwalkers - you know, the chick standing on a dark corner in the Rock Bay Area...

.... if you do a search on PERB, you'll find that this subject and all related subject to it have been done - over and over...

There is no escaping the fact that if you're going to play, you're going to be taking a risk... Then again, if you get in an airplane, you're also taking a risk!

Understood, but if you read my first post in this thread I said there are risks. I further explained that it's risk mitigation that's being discussed, just like wearing your seatbelt when driving your car.

It's stupid to NOT give thought to protecting one's self when engaging in a risky activity.

BTW, I searched the site before starting this thread. Didn't find much.

"lesbian sex" has the lowest percentage of STD contraction. This only holds true if the girl you are about to munch on doesn't do BBBJ or BBFS or BBG. What would be the point of going down on her if she freely blew some guy sans condom in an alley or club bathroom.

I don't think oral hygiene has any merits unless you like to be minty fresh before chewing on box. If you think about it, your mouth is the dirtiest part of your body, in constant contact of the elements (food, pollution, etc.) with very little care in between brushings. Now the vagina or penis is far more delicate and would be more susceptible to contracting diseases or spreading them for that matter.

That being said, studies have shown that some diseases can be spread without any symptoms (NGU, herpes, gonnorhea, chlamydia, etc). But we do kiss one another, which so happens to be the lowest form of contraction. To answer your question, I'd ask an SP if she does BB anything, and if you are still unsure, ask her to cover herself with saran wrap or a cut up condom.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't gamble with my health. I bet it would be pretty embarassing to treat an STD when all you had to do was cover up to avoid that situation.
