I do not believe he ask this question for that! I think it's to see if she is real (the pictures match her in real life) or not. To resolve your bad review (which is much appreciated btw) is to just change her pictures and/or phone number. It seems to be the case btw! So I think she will just change her photos again et bang, she will get more clients! It's sad but it's the reality
