That's my experience. I can only squirt with g-spot stimulation, however it is also possible with my Hitachi alone. It's definitely involuntary, though.

Squirting does not equal orgasm, which would imply they are mutually inclusive. Women do not squirt everytime they orgasm. However, imo, true "squirting" only occurs during some orgasms for some girls. Is it possible to squirt without having an orgasm? Maybe, rarely, but no. As a point of order, in my experience, only very strong g-spot stimulus on girls in the right frame of horny mind results in a true squirting orgasm.
