squirters in victoria or nanaimo??? help

I just started squirting this year, and I love it! I can't control it, yet, it just seems to...happen. Sometimes it's just a little bit, whereas other times...well, the other day I soaked my bed sheets right through to the mattress, and there was a puddle on the floor--yikes!
