SP's Who Can Take The Lead Recommendations

I am a guy in my mid twenties who is very inexperienced with women. I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on SP's who can take the lead, answer my questions, and give me real time feedback. Basically, I want someone who could "guide" me through the experience. I prefer SP's who are fit, in their twenties, and more on the petite side, but I am pretty open minded. In their 20’s is pretty vague. Theres a massive difference between 21 and 29. Just gonfor someone with experience if you want them to take the lead.
