Lisa 4978 definitely will let you pop twice in under 45 minutes. She'll take it down once, massage you, then take it down again without you even having to ask.

Soma Nova 7337 is also good about multiple shots if you can go that many times within the time constraint. She got 4 rounds out of me once. 3 the next time around.
