Is this a tricky question? None of this is "going extra mile". You don't become a pro athlete, scientist, or doctor by "asking friends", and god forbid to use porn as instruction material.

To achieve a real mastery of anything, one needs to get systemic knowledge (which would take ages to collect by trial and error), preferably have a qualified instructor, do lots of exercises etc. Watch what they teach in russian pro courses , no idea if anything like that is available here.

Luckily men are not that difficult to please. It's probably not worth for SPs to invest that much unpaid time to reach that guru level. Especially since introduction of Viagra made the job easier.
