Maybe this sounds insensitive, but if they can't physically handle the rigors of the work, it's probably not the right job for them. I mean, if I have a bad back, I probably shouldn't work at a job with a lot of heavy lifting. I understand limiting the number of clients you see on those grounds, but doing that should mean one is able to limit herself less with the people she does see. If even that isn't enough, it might be time to consider doing something else.
But yes, you need to make sure of this stuff before money is exchanged. If stuff like this is important to you, then you can't really leave it till after and then whine that your expectations weren't met, unless you were a victim of false advertising.
Imo its a personal choice. No need to for any criticism as theres plenty of other people out there who can offer what you want.
Paying for my time means exactly that - what you choose to do with it (within my comfort) is up to you. If you can pop 5 times....I am more than happy to oblige!
any sp that advertises $$$ per hour and doesn't offer msog, is a rip off. short and sweet. some pooners take long trips to see them and walk out the door 15min later cannot feel happy about it.

Anna is bang on (no pun intended) about needing to know up front about whether a fellow is an msog or not. Sometimes it is fun to have a passionate storm first and a slower second take, but, one has to know this! Otherwise one would be accused of 'rushing'. Some sessions can be very confusing if the sp doesn't know what is on the clients mind. It seems like it should be straight forward: SEX! But it ain't!
The one and done rule seems to be the normal in the states. Extras can include a second shot on goal. I saw a girl in Phoenix (my ONLY stateside SP session). During what I thought was round one (oral), she could tell I was about to come and said "You may want to get on top before you come" I hastily did for like 60 seconds and came. She said $150 for another shot (after $300 for 'one hour'). After that, I said when I vacation in Canada, I will arrange a SP visit. My last visit was earlier this month. Audrey in Victoria. Great time and got my 2 sogs on goal! I have had msog with my last 4 SPs in Van (EZabina, Taylor, sweetk and HarmonyBC). Canada rules! (btw, msog is the normal in London and all my Auckland NZ visits as well as the girl I saw in Sydney AUS)

As a one shot guy, that's all I care about. If I finish fast just cuddle, talk or what ever.
It's getting the value of the time I paid for that counts to me.
Girls that don't offer MSOG are really limiting their prospects these days - not sure about other areas, but in Calgary, MSOG has become the norm for most SP's - and the most successful ones right now all offer it as a basic part of their menu. Lots more offering DFK as standard as well.
I agree with Missy Mariposa as well though. Not offering msog is one thing but thats an entirely different matter. If someone pays for an hour then they should at least get that amount of time together.
