I'm sure it's been discussed before, but I'll start the discussion up again, wondering what people's thoughts are about SP's on dating sites I have come across two SP's on a dating sites in the past year. One was an SP I was very interested in seeing, so I did not message her on the site, and just went and saw her as an SP, she was great, and we actually ended up repeating multiple times over the next 6 or 7 months. She was one of the best SP's I've seen, so I was glad that I hadn't complicated things by using two different approaches with her. Now I am on a bit of a break from pooning, trying out the dating scene, and bam, right out of the gates I spot a familiar face, an SP I haven't seen, but who was on my radar. Sent her a message through the dating site, and no reply, so now I feel like there isn't any interest/attraction on her part, so any interaction we had if I saw her as an SP would come across as purely an act. Had she responded to my message on the dating site I would have had no problem going out with her, even knowing what she does, as from all indications, ads and reviews etc. she seems to really enjoy her work, and I don't see anything wrong with doing something you enjoy and making others happy at the same time.

Just wondering if anyone else had had similar experiences?

Did your message say you recognized her from her PERB ads or something?

And I can't say I've ever seen a SP on a dating site but I've never really tried for online dating...

Nothing wrong with sp's looking for a stable relationship. I believe most people would like that at some point in their lives. I wonder how honest they will be with disclosing their history which I strongly believe they should. In saying that I guess it would also be fair to expect the pooner who turns to a dating site to disclose his hobby.
The difference one might point out: for the sp it was her livelihood for the pooner a sometimes event. Its likely a double standard will exist.
This hobby is done in the shadows. The guy on a dating site looking for a serious relationship would be most likely to skip over an ex sp, I would think. An sp on a dating site looking for a serious relationship would probably skip over a known pooner.
Starting off with a big lie isn't a good start, life can get complicated with skeletons in your closet.

I think some use the dating sites to find new clients rather then dating in their real life.

Especially if she is using the same pictures on a dating site, that she uses in her SP ads.
I imagine the pay dating sites look the other way, as the SP would be getting guys to spend credits contacting her.

That's what you pay for and why she does it. And if an SP rejects you due to "not having an attraction/interest", then you'll be all over this site complaining that she's unreasonable.. Dating sites are just like regular dating. You're gonna get rejected.

POF just made a big deal about deleting all "intimate encounters" and sex seeking accounts. So, if anyone reports a guy for sending sex messages, he's toast. If a guy reports a female for being an SP or seeking payment for a date, she'd be blocked as well. Not saying that's what happened to you, but POF is basically shit these days anyhow. It was quirky and neat when it was free, but as more and more of it became pay to use, it simply doesn't have the functionality and polish of the other sites. It's shit basically.

Good to know! pft!
