SP's listed in multiple agencies

Can someone explain how it works with the various Asian agencies? I often see an SP listed on multiple agencies. Is the SP working for difference agencies depending on the day? Or are they working for multiple at the same time and whichever agency is contacted gets the 'commission'?

Most likely different shifts at different agencies if they're on a current and updated schedule, unless they're outcall only or book-ahead only...otherwise maybe they've already moved on from one agency to another, but agency did not take their profile off their website.
