Inversion tables work excellent. I have this one from this company. They really are much cheaper than going to the chiropracter.

I can last up to 30 mins at the max level and my back feels great afterwards. Just got to stop once a while to give my ankles a break.

Last thing, dont eat too much before you use it.

It depends on what you are using it for. I had herniated discs and it didn't help :(

I tried it for herniated disks as well, and had to stop the treatment because of the pain it caused.

It can actually make the problem worse if you have a bulging disk, so make sure you understand what your back pain is caused by. If it increases your pain, stop the treatment immediately.

It should be helpful if you have tightness due to scar tissue buildup or muscle issues.
