Anyone care to weigh in with an estimate of how much is spent each day in the Lower Mainland on pooning? Between MP's, Indies, hj's, bj's, massage with happy endings just what does it total?

A lot less than non-pooners in conventional relationships do. The outcome is generally more predictable, the objectives are met more times than not, and the pooner usually gets what he paid for. Not so with the wife or girlfriend...
An estimate:
1.5 million metro area residents. 600K males of pooning age. 0.1% of them pooning on a given day (6,000). $150 average fee. $900 million spent by locals daily.
Add to that, maybe another 1,000 out-of-town visitors @ $180 (I'm assuming that they pay a little more, and you get $1.08 million.
Over a year that's more than $390 million. A lot less than the cannabis industry, but still impressive.
If the gov't. legalized and oversaw it, what a nice revenue source.

But 600 sounds low to me.
Maybe we can approach it from the supply side:
How many escorts are there?
How many ladies in MP's?
How many independent massage people?
How many SW's?
Estimate the daily customers for each, and the average rate.
And don't forget the visiting businessman /tourist factor.

By this calc, there are only 200 local pooners pooning on a given day -- that sounds way too low, and would only support about 50 women.Gruss-ly said:
