It comes down again to the courts having to way the our individual rights and freedoms against what is demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society .. and what is best for the community over the individuals rights.
.Safety has been placed as the main issue.. but the issues in prostitution are far more ranging .. they come down to freedom of choice Freedom of association.. freedom of what a person can do with their own body.. . .

Yes protection for children. .venerable women.. Imagrent from being sexually abused.. .slaved...trafficted and forced to supply sexual
Services ..is very nessisary ..and we all ready have law against all those things.. that.can be used to prosecute offenders under.
There is no need for prostitution to be lumped in with all those violations other then they fit a few individuals agenda to label none conformist as pervert .

The belief that we live in a democracy .is part of perversion of our thought that many of us do not realize.
We have a society that works on the principal of rule of law.. that means that law exist and are in forced to prevent anarchy in our society

Now anarchy could be any thing that government and the courts up hold is
Untalerable and detrimental to the well being and safety of the social
System.. not the individuals well being..
So we could very easily live in a dictatorship and not perceive that we do ..because it not what we have be told a dictatorship is.. The examples we grew up with were different.. just like what other nation tell their people is right.. When we think it is not..
It is all about perception and propaganda exactly like what is happening with the promotion of this new bill as the family and society protection a t.
