brand new spa with 32,000 views on the ad? I'm confused.....is this a relocation of another spa?

It's brand new. Google street view shows it was an accounting firm and the spa keeps the same door and window. Probably try not to get too much attentions.

drove by yesterday as I was in the area. big signs everywhere screaming MASSAGE and sandwich boards outside with rates and a silk screened window with the typical AMP pictures of people getting massages and the LED open sign blinking away. everyone that walked by did second takes and kept walking. I'll be using a back door if i ever go there. Not sure why they need so much advertising when their business is not really based on walk bys and mostly word of mouth and boards like this.
